I have a problem in install Oracle 10gR2 on Server (2processors)

When i create a database(dbca)

Case 1
Nearly Finish 85% Oracle Error (I choose default 40% SGA and process 150 )

(After a succesful 10g installation and a dbca assisted db creation, installer complains about "enterprise manager configuration failed )

Case 2

i use command prompt
C:\ sqlplus / as sysdba
sql> shutdown immediate error
ora-01013 user requested cancel of current operation

But I install on Pc NotError
i can use normal

How Can I Fix It
