i have win7 and oracle 11g xe and apex4

updated the apex4 to apex 5.1 (All is well) ok

after finish I could not access to the apex from the icon (Get Started With Oracle Database 11g Express Edition )on desktop

This message appears on the browser (http://172.0.0.1:8080/apex/f?p=4950)

Sorry, this page isn't available
ERR-7620 Could not determine workspace for application (4950).
Contact your application administrator.

how i can enter to apex 5.1

Why did you give p=4950 as the page you want to see? Do you actually have a page 4950?

John, 4950 is the application ID, not page number (Understanding URL syntax).

Alhakimy, what happens if you omit it, i.e. navigate to http://172.0.0.1:8080/apex ?
