I am using form 6i
I am trying to print a report in Black Copper thermal Printer
I set Main Section Width 2.6 and Height 5
I set Header Section Width 2.6 and Height 5
I set Trailer Section Width 2.6 and Height 5

But it's Printing blank paper .. how can i solve this issue ???

what is blank paper size? is it just 0.5 inch x 3 inch ?

If so then change the paper size length of printer. to 297 mm or 3296 mm.

Your problem will be solved.
