sir i change tnsname.ora and sqlnet.ora file localhost with my computer name in server mfamda-pc then sqlplus and sql developer run fine but form6i not run and give me error ora-12224
see both changes
orcl = (DESCRIPTION = (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = MFAMDA-PC)(PORT = 1521))
(CONNECT_DATA = (SERVER = DEDICATED) (SERVICE_NAME = orcl) ) )

PDBORCL = (DESCRIPTION = (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = MFAMDA-PC)(PORT = 1521))
(CONNECT_DATA = (SERVER = DEDICATED) (SERVICE_NAME = pdborcl) ) )

SID_LIST_LISTENER =
(SID_LIST = (SID_DESC = (SID_NAME = CLRExtProc)
(ORACLE_HOME = D:\app\OracleHomeUser1\product\12.1.0\dbhome_1)

LISTENER = (DESCRIPTION_LIST =
(DESCRIPTION = (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = MFAMDA-PC)(PORT = 1521))
(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = IPC)(KEY = EXTPROC1521)) ) )

is it's means oracle 12c is fine problem in form6i
form 6i not run at server with computer name i change form tnsname.ora localhost with computer name MFAMDA-PC
you see and give me idea what is the problem
form give me error ORA-12224
