Hi,

4 users are working on windows terminal( Windows 6, 64 bit ). 3 users are working perfectly. But 4th user who is also coming under Administrator is not able to open Oracle Report Builder. While opening message "Report Builder has stopped working" is displaying and getting hanged. Its Urgent. Please help me.

You probably need a bigger server (with more RAM). Monitor the CPU & memory utilisation before and during startup to see if it's running out of resources.

May be Report builder is corrupt. Reinstall the report builder. I hope this will Insha-Allah resolve the issue.
