Oraclexe - file 1 needs media recovery [message #649970]

Hi

I need a help about right installation of Oracle XE.

Whenever I do a new installation OracleXe 11.2.0 on Windows 7 Ultimate,
after startup database I will get an error:

Database mounted.
ORA-01113: file 1 needs media recovery
ORA-01110: data file 1: 'C:\ORACLEXE\APP\ORACLE\ORADATA\XE\SYSTEM.DBF'

I tried to anything what I have found out on internet about that ORA error message
but nothing was ok.

Does anybody could tell me how to strugle with this problem??

If you tried everything then nothing can be tried now.
Recreate your database.

I did reistall a many times and the ORA error is the same.
I dont know how to resolve it.

As you already have tried everything, nothing can be done.
And reinstalling Oracle is useless in this problem, but you already know that as you already read everything that is in Internet and nowhere you have seen that reinstalling Oracle will help in any way.

What do you get if you issue a RECOVER DATABASE; command?
