Hi all.. Ours is a small firm and recently we dismissed an employee due to some malpractices he did in the office. Unfortunately, we have made a great mistake that we didn't controlled his right to access the private data of company in the cloud storage. What happened now is that, some of our critical informations were leaked. The cloud backup is done by Stage2Data and we are now looking for additional options to protect the data. Is there any way to get notified to the concerned person whenever each individual accessing the data on cloud storage?

If you are concerned by security of your data, don't cloud and home your data.
There is no way to guarantee online data security in the cloud.
About backups in the cloud you must encrypt them, with a strong encryption algorithm and key, of course.
