Can you please help me understand why it shows NULL in CLustering Factor for LOB Index_type

You can't really have a clustering factor for a LOB index. The LOB index is the pointers to the chunks of the LOB. It isn't something on which the CBO can make a choice on how best to apply a predicate.

Segment sizes are published in dba_segments. As for writing a script for you, certainly - standard consulting rates will apply.
