Hi,
I have a serious problem with installation of Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c _ On windows 2012
Step 1) Installation of oracle software
Step 2) Installation of oracle DB using DBCA
Step 3) Installation of Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c and after 5% progress here is the error result:
Installation of Oracle Weblogic Server has failed,check log files for more details.

Your post looks almost like trolling: saying something designed to irritate. Be careful in future!

However, on the assumption that it was a serious question, my suggestion would be that you do what the message suggests: look at the log files. THere is a link you can click on to do just that.
