Em console is not accessing. We are getting Error-500, Internal server error.

I've moved your topic to the Enterprise Manager forum.

There are any possible reasons for an http 500 code. For example, you might not have started the OMS process; a problem with your WebLogic server; your repository database could be down; problems to do with the database listener; firewall issues. You need to provide a lot more information about your environment, and what state the various components are in. Did the install actually complete successfully?

You have not even said whether you are using Grid Control or Cloud Control.

Hi, Thanks for your response. My seniors have checked and taken thread dumps and resolved the issue. But i don't know what is the root cause.
