Hi Expert, Please tell me that how I find out recently updated Contacts details(Multiple contacts) of customer at the Communication tab defined at the Site level in oracle AR

You will need to look at the hz_parties, hz_cust_accounts, and hz_cust_contact_points tables. Probaby a few others, too.
