Receipt for internal sales order [message #636589]

Hi ,
I am unable to do receipt for internal sales order(11i).
1.Created internal req.
2.successfully created internal sales order and imported sales order
3.Released the items now the sales order status is closed in both header and line level.but when i go to next step it is restricting me.
please verify me whether i am missing any point here..in order to complete receipt for the item

There's (probably) nothing wrong with the question; the fact is: OraFAQ Forum lacks in experienced Oracle Apps. and EBS users, so you'll either have to wait or ask for assistance elsewhere (for example, on OTN forums). Sorry for not being able to help any better.

It is restricting for the next step means 'are you getting any error'? if so what error.?
Please provide enough details in order to resolve your issue.
