Hi...
When i try to release the sales order,the status become (pick status) backordered so,i have created miscellaneous receipt for the particular item for raising on hand quantity so i did it.now again i am trying to change the line status which is being in Awaiting shipping status,it is not allowing to release the orders with order no..
please help me on this Thanq

Please check if you have any holds applied either on Order or Line level.
