i tried to upload customer signature in oracle flexcube 12.0.3 and i get the UNHANDLED EXCEPTION ST-OTHR-001.

attached is the image of the error.

how do i fixed this?

Hello , i am banker man so i have learn Flexcube Oracle 12 if you have a support, because our new system is similar to tours.
NB language of our Flexcube is in Frensh.
