We use OID for referencing Oracle SIDs.

My Question is how can we have 2 aliases for same SID in OID.

post working code that establishes one alias for specific SID.

You can create aliases with netca. Or if you want to script it, I would use ldifwrite to get the detail of your existing entry out as an ldif file. Use that as a template for creating ldif files for as many aliases as you want, and use ldapadd to load them.
