Hello All,
In my up-datable sql report one text field "Qty" with "999G999G999G999G990D00" Number format. when user type 1000 and save the data then Qty shows like 1,000 but when user again click on save button then the invalid number error raise by apex because of format mask.
when I remove the format mask of the field then It'll work correctly. but how can I avoid this problem? Why format mask create such type of problem?
Please help me out!!

What is "up-datable sql report"? Sounds like a tabular form, but I can't tell for sure.
Anyway: I tested what you explained on a tabular form I created. I can't reproduce what you are explaining on my Apex 4.2. If possible, create that page on apex.oracle.com and let us know credentials so that we could take a look.
