Hi all,

I was suddenly asked to get a oracle 9i client for linux 32 bit. by means of luck in MOS, I was able to find oracle 9.2.0.8. However if I'm not wrong, I still need to download 9.2.0.1 before I can patch 9.2.0.8, right?

Patch 4547809: 9.2.0.8 PATCH SET FOR ORACLE DATABASE SERVER=> is this the correct software for the client?

would also appreciate if someone could tell me the patchset number for oracle 9.2.0.1, as I have a hard time sleeving through the searches.

thanks

1/ Yes.
2/ There is only one patchset delivery which covers both server and client.
3/ There is no patchset for 9.2.0.1, this is the base release, you have to open a SR to get it.... if you have an extended license for 9.2 and Oracle agrees to give it.
