You can edit it and remove the content, unless someone has replied to it or too much time has passed. You can report it to a moderator and request deletion of all or part of it, but there must be a very good reason, such as accidentally posting real data containing social security numbers or some such thing. In general, we do not delete things absent extenuating circumstances. However, even if it is deleted, once it is on the internet, there are programs that we do not have control over that crawl the internet and record such things, so it may appear on various websites and be found through searches, even though it is not on this site anymore.
