I'm running Oracle Forms 10g trying to create a report and getting the message:

REP-56107: Invalid environment id xxx for Job Type report

Other posts suggest an incorrect setting in the server_name.conf file in directory $ORACLE_HOME/reports/conf

This file does not exist in this or any directory.

Can anyone help please?
