Morning all.
Just a quick question.
Per title, adding /*+ BEGIN_OUTLINE_DATA */ will change a plan on a DB I have.
Now I've eliminated the possibility of it being a reparse.
The short version of how I got here was selectively removing hints from the full outline to discover which one was causing the plan I wanted to happen.
Except I could remove everything execpt the above?
Anyone seen this before? My gut says bug.
