Hello,
I have one list type item with null value like (0-none,1-first,2-second,3-third) and its default value is 0,when user select nothing into the item and save it but default value still showing "none" instead of null.
If user select null option then the form should be show null value into the item. Please help me out.

Do you know what you are doing? I don't think so.
If you set the default value to 0, then - if user doesn't select anything - 0 is saved into the column. That's what you did, obviously intentionally (as values aren't automagically entered into the Default Value property). So, why are you that puzzled?
