We have Oracle database (Express Edition 10g) installed on Static IP based server (OS Server 2008 ), my client pc is connected with internet, now i want to connect my Front end application (i.e Oracle Forms 10g ) with internet server installed oracle database, what should i do to connect and how i will configure my client pc tnsnames.ora

You do not directly connect to the database, your application on application server will.
So you have nothing to do on your client pc.
