Hi Team,
I am trying to upload opatch 6880880 to software library though Enterprise>Provisioning and Patching>Saved Patches.
here i am trying to upload opatch version 11.2.0.3.6 , (Doc ID 224346.1)
Patch 6880880: OPatch patch of version 11.2.0.3.6 for Oracle software releases 11.2.0.x (DEC 2013)
I tried below
Product Family : Oracle Database
Product : Oracle Database
I uploaded patch metadata and patch zipfile
Release : Oracle 11.2.0.1.0 (while downloading patch the release mentioned was 11.2.0.0.0 but i couldn't find this option in EM)
Created on : Today's date
Description : Opatch for version 11.1.0.x
Platform : Linux x86-64
Language : Americal English
Error : Invalid Data : Product of patch 6880880 is inconsistent between patch metadata file and patch zip file
I also tried with
Product family : Oracle Collaboration Suite (while downloading the above 6880880 product family mentioned is Oracle Collaboration suite)
Product : Oracle Collaboration Suite
Release : There was no suitable option
rest i selected the same option
it again gave the abve error
Please let me know what combination of Product and release should i choose?
am i trying to upload the wrong opatch?
main objective is to apply Patch for Bug# 13242776 to Oracle® Management Agent 12c Release 1, 12.1.0.1.0
