I am coming from oracle database developer background and have perform the performance tests. What are the skills that needed to perform oracle DB performance tests order to identify top marketing schools and analyze the hot-spots? I must be able perform tests and pull out the problematic statements the project. Any suggestions are welcome very much helpful to me?

Is this is an attempt to advertise Performance Tuning Corporation? If so, I am very disappointed. I worked with them (Marci Garcia and Gary Parker were my contacts) a couple of years ago, I cannot believe that they would sink so low as to advertise by spam.
