Anyone could help me regarding Date and Time in Designer because my problem is only Date stored in my column since i need also time to stored

That would be a form you are designing, I presume? If so, set that item's data type to "datetime".

Actually the problem is how to define the Date and Time to oracle designer.

I'm sorry, but I don't use Designer so I don't quite understand what you are saying. Hopefully, someone else will be able to assist.
