Partially; Orange HRM is free, runs on Windows but doesn't involve Oracle. Is that a drawback?

NO not really , I am just asking to find out .

Can I work as an independent consultant , installing orange HRM for companies ( pls do not get angry ). I was just thinking

I don't know; probably you can. If Orange HRM is free, it means that anyone can download and install it. There's no difference whether someone from a company does that, or they hire you to do that job.

However, I'd suggest you to review the whole Orange HRM site and get as much information as possible. That might take some time, but will also answer many questions you may have.

Please send the URL to download PeopleSoft HCM with Oracle Database on Oracle Linux . What is tuxedo ? ( not sure ) is it connected with peoplesoft . Is there a installation guide for people soft , please guide me to download and install peoplesoft .
