There's none. If you have a valid support contract with Oracle, ask them to provide it for you.

Why is it "urgent" to get a copy of software that resides in the Antique Software Museum? Software that is not certified for ANY current OS? All of the hardware that was in use when 8i was created is long past the manufacturer's warranty.
