1. How I can solve this problem while install oracle application server 10.1.2

Registry with oracle internet Directory
to register this instance of Oracle Application server 10g with
an existing oracle internet Directory, Enter the
Host name and port where oracle internet directory is located

2. and how to config oracle application server 10.1.2 for forms and report services
