Perhaps you need to ask the person who configured the alert what it means. What is generating it?

Well, we don't know anything about SCOM.

You will need to figure out who in your organization has configured SCOM to send a warning when someone "request too much data from oracle" and why such a warning was configured.

You have paid a bunch of people from SCOM (wherever that may be) who know nothing of Oracle to set up monitoring for your database? Perhaps they can also monitor and report on your brain waves.
