Hi,

This is my new instance. I did all the setups. Linked approval group with SPO, Default heirarchy in document types, etc.

But my SPO doesnt get approved, the status always shows incomplete.

Is there anything I missed??

Hello!

Please be aware that Oracle Support Services released back in April the PO Approval Analyzer for identifying and resolving the most common Approvals issues.
I think you will find the Analyzer helpful with your approvals implementation - check out the R12: PO Approval Analyzer Diagnostic Script (Doc ID 1525670.1) on My Oracle Support for more information.
