Hi ,
Quote:Agent is Unreachable (REASON = unable to connect to the agent [Connection refused]) but the host is reachable.
and found some errors OutofMemory" and "Peer Not Authenticated in oem logs.
As per the above alert and errors from oem logs, oracle has suggested to apply the following patches on database servers.
Quote:1.Apply generic Patch 16604850 to the OMS Oracle Home
2.Apply Patch 16216312 to the problematic agent 12.1.0.2 Oracle Home
My question is after applying the patch successfully , how to verify whether the patch has applied successfully in server?
Its a 3 node rac cluster database .

Set your ORACLE_HOME appropriately and follow the steps:
$ cd OPatch
$ ./opatch lsinventory
The above steps works for me to verify OEM patch number.
