I want to download Oracle Form 6i and Oracle DB 9i/10g for window/linux 64bit. Can anyone please tell me the site from which I can download this.

It means that Oracle doesn't provide these files any more. If you need them, you'll have to (personally) ask Oracle. Do that by following a link Michel posted. It leads to My Oracle Support (MOS) site. In order to access it, you need to have credentials (username and password) which are NOT free, i.e. you need to have a valid support contract with Oracle. If you don't, you can't access MOS site, you can't ask for Forms 6i, and you can't get these files.

I do have Oracle Username and password but don't have support identifier. So that means no access no Oracle Form 6i. Okk I get it

OTN <> MOS, so yes - you got it right. You'll have to find another source for Forms 6i. Ask some of your friends, they might have a CD somewhere.
