Hi all,
I am looking for a discussion in asktom.oracle.com where Tom Kyte was talking about all Oracle versions and each feature with each version. He'd promised one of his books if someone get the right answers.

Could anyone provide a link to this discussion ?

Hmm... did you search on ASkTom itself? With which keywords? For what I remember it was years ago...
You can also find this information on otn.... somewhere... I remember having see this.
In the end, what is your purpose, to know these features, to know the AskTom thread or to win the price?

I do not remember if it was on asktom.oracle.com or tkyte.blogspot.com.
About the place you'd seen this, it is probably some thing like http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/issue-archive/2007/07-jul/o4730-090772.html.

But the topic I am looking for is more structured. And the features were presented with the release not only the version.

And I am not looking for this to win the price, It is already won I think. Just to know the features.

It was on AskTom and, given what you say, I think you will be disappointed by the content, Tom mentioned just abut a dozen of features (the one I remember is CONNECT BY) and ask in which version there were introduced. It is not a list of all features.
If you want this, at least for about the 1à major releases, you have the "New features" book that came with them and available on OTN.
