I have a request about adding new application at existing oracle 11gr2 database.

What questions should I raise with the vendor about there application and database setup requirements. Please give my answer at your earliest possible time, because my nagement waiting for the answers.

Does the application use specific Oracle features or is it database agnostic? i.e. Can it sit on any SQL database?

"What are your application and database setup requirements?"
