Hello, i have 2 instances (one on Oracle 11g and the otherone Mssql)
i was asked to make a link between both. (i don't know how)
btw i need excecute a procedure from Oracle against Mssql tables. Does any know how can i do something like that?

which database initiates the connection to the other database?

How can any procedure which resides inside Oracle DB do anything against or to the content of MS SQLServer database; when no database link to other DB exists?
