I have .fmb Or .fmx files and i want that Program Name , can any one please sen dme that Query For Program Name...

I know only .fmb(form name),so, i want Oracle application Program name..

I'm not sure that these two are related. One form can be used in many applications, so I believe that this information is not stored within FMB (or FMX) file.

If you are referring to concurrent program. There is no relation between the program and forms.
Forms are used as functions in Oracle Apps. Check fnd_form_functions.
