how can i change/modify the below script to analyze full database:

DBNAME='DR01ABL'; export DBNAME;
RACDB='TRUE'; export RACDB;
ORACLE_HOME='/u02/app/oracle/product/11.2.0.3/DR01ABL'; export ORACLE_HOME;
SCHEMA='DBSNMP'; export SCHEMA;
USERNAME='sys'; export USERNAME;
TABLE_LST_FILE='/share/DBATOOLS/oracle/config/DR01ABL/ORA_DR01ABL_STATS.lst'; export TABLE_LST_FILE;

That's not a script. That's a parameter file. Scripts issue commands and do things.
What tool is using that file and what is it trying to do with it?

I wouldn't even classify it as a parameter file. I'd call it an environment setup file. The .lst file "may" be a parameter file.

a configuration file to what exactly; since this is not a default file that get delivered by Oracle with every RDBMS installation.
