i have a problem with oracle database 9i in windows server 2003 R1 X86
why this message appear
ERROR: ORA-12500: TNS:listener failed to start a dedicated server process
while listener is worked at this time
and no. of process at this time is 350 while it is initialized as 1000
and session is 340 ath this time while it is initialized as 2000
pga aggregate target is 600M
at this time any user try to connect to database can't do that
and the above message appear
and after some time a user can be connected to database
what can i do to remove this problem
