hi,

I have to print Rupee symbol in Reports in front of Salary.
There is only option to add $ symbol in Sal field.
But I want to add rupee symbol in Salary. So I added Rupee Image in front of Salary field.
But I want when precision is increased then the rupee image should be move.
There is any possibility please tell me.

I added the image for understanding purpose.

Try to anchor the image to the left border of the salary field.

However, an image?!? Can't you use a font which contains that symbol? Maybe you really can't, I don't know as all my life I'm using Latin character set so I'm completely inexperienced regarding that stuff; hopefully, someone else will know better.

Hi,

Actually, Rupee(Indian Currency) symbol. Recently the government approved this Uni-character symbol.
Am getting the symbol but I don't know how to put this symbol instead of $ symbol in Paper Layout in Oracle 10g Reports .

Did you try TO_CHAR with the NLS_CURRENCY parameter?
