Hi,

We are currently facing an issue: Some of our users are complaining that they have to wait too much to connect
to the database thru Oracle Application Server R2. Database is Oracle 10g the application is Navis Express 2.9 running on OAS R2 (10.1.2.0.2)

What should be done to check it and fix. Please help me in solving this issue.

What make you think this delay is from the database server?
