Application Express end users can only access applications that do not use an external authentication scheme.

I have created an application , which will be used on an intranet .

I have exported and imported it in the same workspace .

Can you pls clarify the the bold marked sentence .

I would like to give access to end user .

Will I have to install Apex on windows server , how will I set up the production area .

As far as I understood the question, all you have to do is to create end users. In order to do that, connect as admin and go to Manage Workspaces. In there, you'll see Manage Developers and Users. Click the Create User button; fill required information. For Account Privileges, there are two options:
- user is an administrator (choose NO)
- user is a developer (choose NO)
These two options set to NO mean that user you created is an end user, which has no additional privileges in a designated workspace. That's all, more or less ...

I have created the user account .

However I need to give the user to the application( cargo) .

This user will access the application from a remote computer .

What does a "remote computer" have to do with it? An Apex application is accessed via web browser anyway, so it is kind of self-understandable that most of your users will use the application "remotely".

Sorry Boss.

Below is the URL ,

http://127.0.0.1:8080/apex/f?p=4550:1:889539427198137 ( i guess I need to give this to the end user) , for the end user .

however ,When I login as the end user ( locally ) , the cargo application is not displayed in the Workspace for cargo .

It is only showing Team Development and administration .

127.0.0.1 is a localhost, so anyone who tries to navigate to that address will navigate to his/her OWN computer and - obviously - won't get anything. I'm not involved in any kind of administration jobs, but I suppose that you should have a fixed IP address in order for them to access that application on your computer. DNS, DHCP and stuff? Sorry, that's beyond my knowledge.

As of the rest of your message: I don't understand what you are saying. Could you attach a screenshot to your next message?

I'm afraid I can not. I don't understand what you are saying. How can you "export the import"? Could you post a link to that document?
