iReceivables is not producing Customer data. [message #577638]

Hi all,

I'm helping a client, The issue is: the iReceivables is not producing the customer data on his workstation but when he logs on to other workstation he gets the data.
On my findings I've discovered that it's a workstation issue...... I've done the following checks: He's using Java 7 update 33, internet Explorer 8 which is they are okay. Please help with any setups or solutions that might fix this.
