I want to create a table( cargo tracking ) a form to enter data in it ..

Edit and update and view .

Can I do this in Application express .

After development I want to deploy it in the oracle application server for 26 user .

please help

Can you pls give me the steps for creating workspace and deployment .

OK then, what do you call an "apex document"? I know forms, classic and interactive reports, charts etc.

Different from Developer Suite? Sure; though, the core is still Oracle and its (PL/)SQL. Javascript, CSS and stuff are an "upgrade".
