When I start the agent it starts but when I do emctl status agent, I don't get any heartbeat.

All the database hosted on this box show :status pending"

Please help!

What do you get?

Your link didn't help, but thanks any ways. And only if we could find every solution from google.

Any ways, for other people. I endup deleting targets and agent from OEM and then restarted the agent on the server and that seems to did the trick. Then had to re-schdule some of the jobs.
