Dear Friends,
I have a database in access 2003 with the empno,empname and photo (bounded image). Using queries and an ODBC connection I have inserted the table into Oracle 8i (8.1.7). When I try to read the data using reports I get 'REP-1818 Unable to read data in image format.' error for the photo field. Can someone tell me Where I went wrong.

Dear Irfan,
I got the REP-1818 error after I changed the file type from text to image only. Until then it only showed a square box without any error message.

How do I find out the image size ? It is a bound image in access and I am not able to find the path of the image. I just inserted it into oracle using ODBC and an append query

The size of the image file is 640kb
