Unable to print report on Thermal printer Model (PRP-085III) [message #576349]

Hi Everyone

I have developed a bitmap report on report 6i, But I am not able to print report on printer (Thermal Printer Model PRP-085III, A baylan POS printer).

I tried to convert the same report to Character mode and it print fine.

So can any one help me in this regard why it is not printing or what I need to set ?

What happens when you try it?

Saying that it prints OK in character mode - did you print to the same printer? If so, well, that's strange. I don't know why would a printer make difference between two different inputs. That sounds as if my printer decided to print Word documents, but not Excel ones.

When I print the report, printer only eject a paper little bit and that's all

Can you print other kind of documents to that printer? Did you install the latest driver?

Tips/Steps:
1) Open printer properties. Change paper size. Set it as "roll size" for example 80 mm x 4000 mm or somewhat.
2) Make the printer "default". By right clicking on printer and choosing "set as default". THEN close report background engine
3) Try now and i am 99% sure that your problem is solved.

Onem ore thing i recalled: There are i think three places in step -1 where paper size is defined. Change them all.
