i have problems to run oracle from 9 through IE9 in windows 7
the reslut white page
any body have idea

Try to install oracle jinitiator v1.1.8.2 and run the form.

There is either no version of jinit by that number or it is from the 1980's. When I first started using jinit in 1999 I believe it was already at 1.3.

What does "from 9 through IE9" mean?

In Windows 7, you will need to use JRE, not jinit.
