What do you mean by "restore a table"?
What did he do EXACTLY?

our database has many table including some 3rd party tables. We changed some of the tables (which were not belog to 3rd party) before changing tables we took backup of 3rd party tables so that incase of any issue atleast we can restore 3rd party tables. when we apply any chages to our table it creates some entries in 3rd party tables. Now we rollbacked changes of our tables and because of that we want to restore 3rd party tables which we backed up before applying any changes. How can I identify that DBA has restored the tables so that I can ask application guys to test the application.

We don't know what you have.
We don't know what you see.
We don't know the difference between before and after for YOUR DB.
Go talk to the DBA; not us.
