Please suggest is it possible to call the .rtf report through command prompt (ms dos), if yes then please narrate the procedure.

What is the .RTF in your case? If it is a Rich Text Format, then it is a possible result of the report execution (such as PDF, XML, ..., RTF), so I don't quite understand how to "call" it. So, could you explain it once again, please? By the way, you didn't specify environment you use (Oracle software versions, operating system).
