Hello,
I want to create an ODBC on win7 for Oracle 11g (v11.2.0), but it occurred an error when i select the driver (Oracle in OraDb11g_home1) to use the Oracle ODBC

"The setup routines for the Oracle ODBC driver in OraD11g_home1 could not be found. Please reinstall the driver "

How can I reinstall the driver? and where can I find the right driver to use?

On the CD/download you installed the Oracle client.
